DESCRIPTION: Before Event, Work with the Events Coordinator and Skills & Education Coordinator to assess the specific AV needs of their events. Work with Events Coordinator and Executive Director to coordinate acquiring the equipment needed. Onsite, work with a team to set up and monitor the AV for the event. You will be responsible for monitoring a small staff of volunteers. *Time Management *Experience with sound systems, projectors.

DESCRIPTION: Work with the Executive Director and Guest Services to create a program where aspiring Bootblacks can mentor someone in their trade. Communicate with aspiring Bootblacks regarding the Bootblack apprentice program and the requirements to participate. Work with Guest Services and Bootblack Manager to schedule Bootblacks for the program.

DESCRIPTION: Work with guests services to recruit and vet experienced and talented Bootblacks to bootblack at LKAG. Act a liaison between the Bootblacks and Guest Services regarding scheduling and requirements. Work with Guest Services and Bootblack Apprentice Program Manager to schedule Bootblacks for the program. Time and Self Management Skills are required.

DESCRIPTION: Work with Sponsors & Executive Director to Create a welcoming environment in the Cigar Deck area. You MUST like Cigar smoke! Set up and Tear down and monitor clean up through out the weekend. This is ideal for someone who will want to spend most of their time in that area.

DESCRIPTION: Circle of Life is a casual ceremony to honor Members of the Leather community. CLAW is looking for someone who can work with the Events Coordinator & planning team, to arrange and host a memorial and celebration of life.
