CLAW 23 and COVID 19 Vaccines

CLAW Corp. will follow the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control and other governmental authorities that are in place at the time of the event, including the possibility of requiring proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID19 test.

CLAW Packages and Event Tickets

Refund Policy

CLAW Packages are charged in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellations made on or before March 1, 2023, may choose between:

  • 100% refund (default if not specified)
  • Donate ticket price to CLAW Corp.
  • Donate ticket to a community member

Cancellations made after March 1, 2023, may choose between:

  • 90% refund (default if not specified)
  • Donate ticket price to CLAW Corp.
  • Donate ticket to a community member

No refunds after April 1, 2023.

Volunteers:

  • By signing up to volunteer, volunteers agree to show up for all assigned shifts
  • Conflict in scheduling must be resolved with Guest Services before the start of the event
  • Guest Services reserves the right to reassign all shifts based on the requirements of the event
  • If a volunteer fails to show up for one or more of their shifts, the credit card on file will be charged an attendance fee
  • Attendance fees may include full or partial price of an attendee package and hotel room occupancy if applicable
  • Volunteer packages with a $1 fee are non-refundable

 

Hotel Rooms: Deposit, Payment, and Refund Policy

  • Separate purchase required for CLAW Package.
  • At the time of reservation: one night room and tax charged to credit or debit card.
  • February 15, 2023: the balance of the reservation will be charged to the same credit or debit card used to make the reservation. If a different payment method is required, sign in to My Registrations and pay the balance prior to this date.
  • Guests whose cards are declined: will be notified by email and allowed 7 days to make payment in full for the reservation. Any reservations not paid within 7 days will be canceled unless you contact us to make other arrangements.

Refunds on Room Reservations:

  • Through February 15, 2023: 100% refund on rooms, including the first night deposit.
  • Cancellations made between February 15, 2023 and March 7, 2023: First night room and tax not refundable, balance of stay is 100% refundable.
  • Cancellations made after March 7, 2023 will not receive a refund.

Changes to check in or check out dates:

  • Any additional nights added after February 15, 2023 will automatically be applied and billed to the credit card on file.
  • Any nights removed through March 7, 2023 will be refunded 100% provided the Minimum Night Requirement is met.

Minimum Night Requirement:

All reservations must include Fri, April 7, 2022 and Sat, April 8, 2023. A 3-night (4-night for Suites) minimum stay is required.

VendorMart Booth Reservation: Deposit, Payment, and Refund Policy

  • Through March 1, 2023: 100% refund.
  • After March 1, 2022: No refund eligible, but 100% of the price may be applied to a future VendorMart in Cleveland or Los Angeles.
  • RETURNING VENDORS: Full payment must be received by February 15, 2023 to guarantee spot and priority.

Equipment Rental Agreement: Deposit, Payment, and Refund Policy

  • Equipment may be picked up at the Renaissance during the hours of onsite registration.
  • If you have opted for the delivery and setup, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. upon arrival to arrange delivery and setup. NOTE: This option is available only to guests of the Renaissance.
  • Equipment must be returned complete and in clean condition.
  • Returns: Renaissance no later than 6pm Sun, April 9, 2023.
  • If there is a change to the pick-up or drop-off location, we will email you in advance.
  • Upon clean return, any deposit will be refunded to your credit card. $50 will be deducted from the deposit if the equipment requires cleaning. Incomplete returns will not receive a return deposit.
  • Equipment that is not returned will have the replacement cost charged to the card on file.
  • Cancellation fee: $20

Other Terms and Conditions

By completing a CLAW Weekend Registration Form, I hereby affirm and acknowledge all of the following:

  • I will be at least 18 years of age by April 6, 2023.
  • I will be at least 21 years of age before attending any CLAW event where liquor is served.
  • I will not bring any firearms, weapons, or drugs not specifically prescribed by a physician or available over the counter.
  • I will hold blameless CLAW Corp., its Board of Directors, contractors, volunteers, sponsors and all property owners producing this event for damage or injury to myself or my personal property.
  • CLAW Corp. is not responsible for the actions of its volunteers.
  • CLAW Corp. has the right to refuse anyone from attending any CLAW event, and may modify these rules & regulations at any time without notice.
  • At all public events, including the hotel lobby & elevators, all bar events, transportation between events, etc., proper attire is required as required by local law(s).
  • To protect attendee privacy, if I take photos or videos, I must abide by the CLAW Corp.'s Photo Policy.
  • Violation of any of the rules established by CLAW Corp. may be grounds for my removal from this event without any reimbursement of fees paid.
  • I will be automatically subscribed to CLAW Corp.'s MailChimp mailing list. I can unsubscribe at any time.
