Do not delay in reserving your hotel room. CLAW 24 is happening the same week as the solar eclipse and a number of sporting events in downtown Cleveland. This and our anticipated record attendance at CLAW 24 could limit hotel room availability in the immediate vicinity of the host hotel.

When booking a room at our host hotel, you will be redirected to our new hotel reservation system called Resiada.  Resiada is a self-serve and secure user friendly hotel room reservation portal.

CLAW24 is shaping up to be our biggest and best event ever.   Which is why we anticipate a near immediate sell out of the host hotel.  For this reason we have enabled the wait list opt-in feature on the reservation portal.   Please understand that choosing to be on the waitlist does not guarantee that you will get a room at the host hotel. Alternatively you may book a hotel reservation at a nearby hotel listed below or at any hotel of your choosing. 

Although not officially affiliated with CLAW 24, the hotels listed below are known by CLAW to be kink friendly and are within walking distance (three blocks or less) from the event's host hotel:

Payments and Deposits for Room Reservations:

• Separate purchase required for CLAW Package.
• At the time of reservation: one night room and tax charged to credit or debit card.
• February 15, 2024: the balance of the reservation will be charged to the same credit or debit card used to make the reservation.
• Guests whose cards are declined: will be notified by email and allowed 7 days to make payment in full for the reservation. Any reservations not paid within 7 days will be canceled unless you contact us to make other arrangements.
• Credit card charges will appear as "CLAW".

Refunds on Room Reservations:

• Through February 15, 2023: 100% refund on rooms, including the first night deposit.
• Cancellations made between February 15, 2023 and March 7, 2023: First night room and tax not refundable, balance of stay is 100% refundable.
• Cancellations made after March 7, 2023 will not receive a refund.

Changes to check in or check out dates:

• Any additional nights added after February 15, 2023 will automatically be applied and billed to the credit card on file.
• Any nights removed through March 7, 2023 will be refunded 100% provided the Minimum Night Requirement is met.

Minimum Night Requirement:

All reservations must include Fri, April 12, 2024 and Sat, April 13, 2024. A 3-night (4-night for Suites) minimum stay is required.

Connecting Rooms & Accessibility Needs:

The Host Hotel does have a limited number of connecting and accessible rooms. You will be able to indicate your preference when you make your room reservation on the Resiada portal.
