Non-profit rate: $250/space (local community non-profit organizations only) |
Vendors receive two weekend event registrations with their first booth space, and one additional registration with each additional space |

Vendor Applications and Deadlines
Vendor booth applications are being accepted now. Reserve your vendor space here. |
Returning vendors paid in full by June 10, 2023 are given priority over new vendors. |
After June 10, 2023 vendor space will be approved in the order applications are received, until sold out. |
Hours, Set-Up, and Tear Down
Vendor Booth Setup: Wednesday 10am-10pm; Thursday 10am-10pm; and Friday 8am-10am. Setup must be completed by 10am on Friday |
LA Getaway Vending Hours (subject to change): Friday 11am-8pm; Saturday 10am-6pm; and Sunday 11am-5pm. No early sales are allowed. |
Tear Down: Tear down must be complete by Sunday at 10pm. |
Shipping boxes: The hotel will receive the first 5 boxes per vendor for free. Handling charges will apply after that. Contact us for more info. |
Accommodations and Parking
Accommodations: Bonaventure guest rooms are available starting at $185/night+tax. Suites start at $255/night + tax. All reservations must be made here. |
Parking: Bonaventure Valet Parking (with in and out privileges) is $18/day for regular vehicles (6' height clearance). Please contact us for oversized vehicles. |
