$500 per space. Spaces are 10' x 10'.
Vendor Fee includes free electrical, free WI-FI, and use of a 6' table and two chairs.
Non-profit rate: $250/space (local community non-profit organizations only)
Vendors receive two weekend event registrations with their first booth space, and one additional registration with each additional space

Returning vendors paid in full by June 10, 2023 are given priority over new vendors.
After June 10, 2023 vendor space will be approved in the order applications are received, until sold out.

Vendor Booth Setup: Wednesday 10am-10pm; Thursday 10am-10pm; and Friday 8am-10am. Setup must be completed by 10am on Friday
LA Getaway Vending Hours (subject to change): Friday 11am-8pm; Saturday 10am-6pm; and Sunday 11am-5pm. No early sales are allowed.
Tear Down: Tear down must be complete by Sunday at 10pm.
Shipping boxes: The hotel will receive the first 5 boxes per vendor for free. Handling charges will apply after that. Contact us for more info.

Accommodations: Bonaventure guest rooms are available starting at $185/night+tax. Suites start at $255/night + tax. All reservations must be made here.
Parking: Bonaventure Valet Parking (with in and out privileges) is $18/day for regular vehicles (6' height clearance). Please contact us for oversized vehicles.
