RETURNING VENDORS: Full payment must be received two months before the event date to guarantee spot and priority.

2 months before the event start date a 100% refund will be available.
No refunds will given with two months of the event start date.
Checks that do not clear processing by CLAW's bank for insufficient funds or any other reason will result in the cancellation of the vendor's registration and assessment of a $40 service fee.
Vendors are responsible for payment of all state sales taxes.
By completing a VendorMart Registration Form, I certify that my business, employees and helpers will abide by all of the rules and regulations imposed by the host hotel, local fire officials and law enforcement agencies, and those imposed by CLAW Corp. for all attendees.
Violation of any of the rules established by CLAW Corp. may be grounds for removal from this event without any reimbursement of fees paid.
All vendors must have proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance.

Refund Policy

No refund of any portion of sponsor and advertiser purchases that has been spent by CLAW to fulfill the terms of the sponsorship or advertising agreement (i.e. printing costs)
90% refund of all other sponsorship and advertiser purchases if requested within 120 days of purchase and before 30 days prior to the next CLAW or Leather Getaway event, based on purchase date.
No refunds are given after 120 days or after 30 days prior to the next (based on purchase date) CLAW or Leather Getaway event, but 100% of your purchase price will be donated to worthy community charities.

Terms & Conditions

Any sponsor or advertiser that attends CLAW acknowledges all of the following and agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth for CLAW attendees, including:
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend any CLAW event and at least 21 years of age to attend any CLAW event where liquor is served;
CLAW prohibits firearms, weapons, and illegal drugs at our event;
Attendees will hold blameless CLAW Corp., its Board of Directors, and contractors for damages to person or property at the event;
CLAW Corp. is not responsible for the actions of its volunteers;
CLAW Corp. has the right to refuse admittance to anyone and to remove anyone after admittance for any reason;
At all public events, including the hotel lobby & elevators, proper "cover up" attire is required as prescribed by California law;
For the privacy of our attendees, those using a camera or video must follow CLAW's Photo Policy, which will be posted on CLAW’s website and available at CLAW Registration;
Violation of any of the rules established by CLAW Corp. ,may be grounds for removal from this event without any reimbursement of fees paid.
That I will hold blameless CLAW Corp., its Executive Committee and Board Of Directors, its members, sponsors and all property owners producing this event for damage or injury to myself or my personal property;
That CLAW Corp. is not responsible for the actions of its many volunteers;
The Executive Committee and/or Board Of Directors of CLAW Corp. has the right to refuse anyone from attending any CLAW Weekend event, and may modify these rules & regulations at any time without notice;
That I have also been made aware that should any mailed-in check not clear processing by my bank, (i.e. NSF, etc.) that my registration will be canceled automatically, and a $40 Service Fee will be imposed should I reinstate my Registration;
That I will be automatically subscribed to CLAW Corp.'s MailChimp mailing list and that I can unsubscribe at any time.

Health and Vaccine Viewpoint

After reviewing local, state, and federal data and guidelines, we have updated our COVID-19 vaccine requirements to the following for CLAW events going forward:

Proof of Vaccination not Required to Attend: We are not requiring proof of vaccination to enter our events.
Vaccination is strongly recommended: Being up to date on vaccine and booster shots is the best way to protect yourself from the effects of COVID and to reduce the likelihood of passing it on to someone else. If you want the best protection from a covid, flu, or MPOX vaccine, you should complete the shot or series 10-14 days before our event.
Masks: We do not require wearing masks during our event, but if you feel wearing a mask would benefit your risk levels, we encourage you to wear them at your discretion.
Sanitize your hands frequently: We encourage you to be conscious of the shared surfaces you are touching and the potential transfer of germs it could present. Please wash your hands with soap and water thoroughly and use hand sanitizer as you see fit.
Stay home if you are ill: If you are sick or have symptoms of any communicable illness, have been in contact with someone known or suspected of having COVID within 10 days of an event, or are subject to a quarantine or isolation order, please stay home. As much as we want you to be with us for the weekend, we prefer you get well and help us prevent potential spread to attendees.

Because local and national guidelines and information are known to change, we reserve the right to update our guidelines and requirements as we lead up to any event. We will do our best to share changes as they happen and provide flexibility with attendees. As a risk aware community, we thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
