Price
- $450 per space. Spaces are 100 square feet - most spaces are 10' x 10'
- Vendor fee includes one 6' table and two chairs.
- Vendor fee includes two CLAW 25 registrations (retail value $269 each). Separate codes will be provided for Crew members to register for their weekend packages.
- Vendors renting multiple spaces receive one additional CLAW 25 registration for each additional space.
Deadlines
- Application Deadline: March 15, 2025. Do not delay — space is limited and varied... first come, first serve.
- Returning CLAW Vendors
Applications received by February 14, 2025 will receive priority access to space, but space is limited and applications will be approved in the order received. - NEW CLAW Vendors
New vendor applications that are paid in full, will be processed beginning February 14, 2025. First come, first serve.
Hours, Set-Up, and Tear Down
- Check-In and Set-up: Thursday 10am-10pm and Friday 8am-Noon. Set-up must be completed by Noon on Friday.
- Vending Hours (Subject to change): Friday Noon-8pm, Saturday 11am-6pm, and Sunday 11am-5pm.
- Tear Down must be complete by Sunday at 10pm.
Accommodations and Parking

- Loading Dock and parking information will be sent with payment confirmation. Limited hotel rooms available at the Renaissance so don't delay in booking your room.

- RETURNING VENDORS: Full payment must be received by Feb 14th to guarantee spot and priority.

- After March 1, 2025, No refund eligible.
- Checks that do not clear processing by CLAW's bank for insufficient funds or any other reason will result in the cancellation of the vendor's registration and assessment of a $40 service fee.
- Vendors are responsible for payment of all state sales taxes.
- By completing a CLAW Vendor Mart Registration Form, I certify that my business, employees and helpers will abide by all of the rules and regulations imposed by the host hotel, local fire officials and law enforcement agencies, and those imposed by CLAW Corp. for all attendees.
- Violation of any of the rules established by CLAW Corp. may be grounds for removal from this event without any reimbursement of fees paid.
- All vendors must have proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance.
