Itinerary: Please note that the CLAW convention schedule offers a choice of many activities held simultaneously, including during Vendor•mart hours.
CLAW 8 Attendance: Over 1,500
Price: $200/space plus a donation to the CLAW Silent Auction.
Spaces: Are 8' x 8' or equivalent square footage.
Space Assignments: Vendor locations will be determined by the Vendor•mart Coordinator and will be based on the application date and on the space available.
Application Deadline: 01-APR-10. Space is limited and varied...first come, first served.
Check In and Set Up: Thursday afternoon, 1 - 6 PM.; Friday morning 10 AM - 1 PM
Set Up Must Be Completed By: 1:00 PM Friday. No sales before market opens at 1 PM
Tear Down: Tear down must be complete by Sunday at 6:00 PM
Loading Dock: Please contact the Wyndham directly at 216-615-7500. CLAW will provide security at the loading dock on Thursday, and by request on Friday. Contact Donn Wolfe, CLAW's Convention Manger, or David Laws, Vendor•mart Coordinator for assistance.
Tables: Price includes use of 6' conference table, table linen and boxed skirting. Additional 6' tables are available for $10/each.
Electrical: outlets will be provided.
Telephone/DSL Lines: Phone: $50/weekend; and DSL lines: $200/weekend may be ordered in advance.
Wireless Internet: Hight Speed WI-FI Internate is available in the Hotel free of charge.
Vendors are allowed four badges, valid for access to the Vendor Mart (and most all of the other CLAW activities that are at the hotel - the parties, workshops, etc.) After registration, you will be transferred to an online order form to purchase optional add-on items that are not included, such as the Trolley/Bar Pass, Dinner, Brunch, Recon Warehouse Parties, etc.
Trolley and Bar Pass: A fleet of buses running between the Hotels and the nine bar parties, and a pass to all nine parties (you won't be asked for a $5 donation at each bar). Special Vendor Rates (each a $10 savings): $40 (2 days), $20 (1 day). Limit 2 per vendor space purchased.
About Your Donation to the Silent Auction: The CLAW Silent Auctions will be on display at the Host Hotel on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In its first eight years, the CLAW Silent Auction has raised over $60,000 for the CLAW charities. We ask that each vendor make a donation to the CLAW Silent Auction. The donation can be of any item or items, whether you sell them in your business or not. Auction donation items may be sent in advance (preferred) or delivered during Vendor Check In. CLAW Corp. is a 501(c)(3) charity and all donations to the CLAW Silent Auction are fully tax deductible. Thank you.
Vendor•mart Showcase: CLAW is pleased to announce the debut of the Vendor•mart Showcase. We're setting up a runway at our big party in the Hotel ballroom on Friday night. Each vendor will have the opportunity to showcase some of its merchandise, whether clothing or toys or anything else. We'll have hot titleholder models to strut your stuff on the catwalk, while emcee extraordinaire Larry Golubski tells the crowd about your products and your store. Showcase is scheduled for Friday evening at 9:30 pm.
Community Builders: We are proud to present the fourth annual CLAW Education Mart and Community Builders. Display space will be provided free of charge to all educators and non-profit organizations that fit the mission of CLAW.
